Full Moon Productions, Inc. is proud to present Kansas City’s first ever ghost hunt inside an actual commercial haunted house open to the public. Full Moon Productions has opened their historic and haunted buildings for Full Moon Ghost Hunts: A Special Paranormal Investigation.

For many years actors and other “living” inhabitants of our buildings have reported strange and sometimes unbelievable occurrences that were unrelated to the commercial haunted house operations. Local paranormal investigators have been inside several of our 100 year old buildings and have reported "them as a hot bed of activity." In August of 2010 Discovery Channel’s Ghost Lab filmed for 3 days at the Chambers of Edgar Allan Poe, located at 1100 Santa Fe. They reported on three different occasions EVP’s (electronic voice phenomenon) were captured combined with the feelings of being watched and cold spots which led the investigators to conclude the haunts might be “intelligent” (ghosts might be able to interact with Investigators) as opposed to “residual” (energy might be observed but will not usually respond to investigators). Come and investigate for yourself as you embark on a Full Moon Ghost Hunt. Our first of many Full Moon Ghost Hunts will take you inside the Chambers of Edgar Allan Poe to allow you, the paranormal investigator, the opportunity to use tools and equipment (like the pros) that can prove or disprove that ghosts could really walk amongst the living. The tools used on Full Moon Ghost Hunts are Full-Spectrum Digital Cameras, Digital Recorders, Digital IR/ Ambient Thermometers and K-II EMF Detectors.

Full Moon Ghost Hunts are offered Fridays and Saturday nights by reservation only. Currently we are offering 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12 hour hunts at the Chambers of Edgar Allan Poe.

Fine Print:
During the Full Moon Ghost Hunt you may be paired with other people that are not in your party.  There is a maximum of 20 people allowed on each hunt. We make no guarantees of what you may or may not see or experience on your Ghost Hunt. You must be 18 years or age or older to participate using the Full Moon Ghost Hunt equipment. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not allow the use of personal cell phones or digital cameras as they can interfere with the Full Moon Ghost Hunt equipment and their respective findings. There is no smoking allowed during a Full Moon Ghost Hunt. No Pets are allowed on Full Moon properties. Please wear appropriate clothing.

Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation not made 48 hours in advance results in a forfeiture of a Full Moon Ghost Hunt ticket. No shows will result in a forfeiture of a Full Moon Ghost Hunt ticket. No refunds are allowed.
